The staff is attentive and helpful, especially the English-speaking member. The location is convenient, being near the mall, supermarket, and not far from the gondola.

The view from the hotel was amazing, with breathtaking mountains surrounding it. The parking space was huge and easily accessible for our car. The location was perfect, very close to the ski resort. we enjoyed the free Wi-Fi throughout our stay, which kept us connected with our friends and family during our Easter holiday.
The room was not clean enough, with dusty furniture and an unwelcoming smell. the staff was not friendly and seemed focused solely on money rather than customer satisfaction.

This hotel offers great value for money, with spacious rooms that have all the essentials. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The location is ideal, being close to the gondola and the Mall.
No improvements needed, everything was fine.

Great apartment with warm and cosy atmosphere. Spacious with enough seating for 5-6 people and two bathrooms. Convenient location close to the gondola and next to a supermarket. Friendly staff, especially the English speaker.

Found a hidden treasure We recently stayed at a great place and although there were a few downsides, the overall experience was mostly positive. the room was clean and spacious with nice amenities like good WiFi and plenty of hot water. the staff were friendly and helpful with everything we needed. What we really enjoyed was the location, close to both the town center and the gondola, making it easy to enjoy all that this town has to offer. Another great aspect was the well-stocked bar which made it convenient to relax after a day out.
Needs some improvements There were a few things that could have been better. the heating in the room was quite ineffective, leaving us feeling cold at night.

The hotel is located within walking distance to the gondola and near a supermarket and shopping mall. the rooms have good amenities such as WiFi, hot water and a kitchen, and are warm and comfortable. the sauna, gym and hot tub are great facilities to use during the stay.
The cleanliness of the bathroom and towels could be improved.

The hotel had a friendly and comfortable feel. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Clean apartment. Convenient location near the supermarket and ski area. Spacious and cosy with enough space for multiple guests. Nice English-speaking staff. Close enough to the gondola.
No proper roads for car access.
